Universal Waving Lotion is a permanent lotion enriched with Amino Acids to create volume and waves on all hair types (natural, coloured and treated) without affecting the tone of coloured hair.

The result will be a defined perm, characterised by high wave hold, with shiny, radiant and protected hair.

Its formula is enriched with Cysteamine, a gentle organic substance that reduces the processing time by 50%, and Hydrolysed Oats for a restructuring, hydrating and softening action.
