MARKETING CONSENT

In connection with your purchase of a Kevin Murphy product, we wish to obtain your consent to disclose personal data related to your purchase (see further under section 2 below) to Kevin Murphy Group Pty Ltd.,

2. TO RECEIVE NEWSLETTERS, PROMOTIONS, OFFERS AND OTHER RELEVANT INFORMATION VIA EMAIL FROM US AND FROM KEVIN MURPHY GROUP PTY LTD. AND ITS SUBSIDIARIES (“KEVIN MURPHY MID-ATLANTIC”) BASED ON THIS INFORMATION. TYPES OF PERSONAL DATA TO BE DISCLOSED

If you provide your consent, we will use and disclose the following personal data for the purposes specified above : your name, mobile phone number, e-mail, which product(s) you have purchased, purchase date and information given through our Product Matchmaker. For this purpose, we will not disclose information about the quantity of the purchase, payment, credit card information or any further information that is not stated above."

3. WITHDRAWL OF CONSENT

You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us or by privacy@kevinmurphy.com.au and, or by simply clicking the unsubscribe button in the emails you receive from us or from Kevin Murphy.

If you withdraw your consent, Kevin Murphy will not use your personal data for the purposes stated above. Please note that withdrawal of consent will not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal, including our disclosure of personal data to Kevin Murphy as well as our and Kevin Murphy’s use of such personal data for direct marketing purposes, that has taken place prior to your withdrawal.
