I. Returns & Exchanges within 30 days of receiving item/items:

A full refund in the form of company credit wil be processed if items are returned in re-selable condition. A shipping label wil be provided by KMMA.

II. Returns & Exchanges within 31-90 days of receiving item/items:

A refund in the form of company credit minus as 25% re-stocking fee wil be processed if items are returned in re-selable condition. A shipping label wil be provided by KMMA.

III. Returns & Exchanges 90+ days of receiving item/items:

Items received 90+ days prior are ineligible for returns. Exceptions must be submitted to your KMMA Sales Consultant for approval from management.

IV. The following items are ineligible for credit/return/exchange:

• Items purchased over 90 days ago
• Discontinued items
• Limited time promotions (example: Holiday Box Sets)
• Items received at no charge with promotion
• Individual items origina ly sold as set • Opened/Used appliances
• Old/Outdated packaging • Items with sticker, markings, or otherwise defaced packaging
• Damaged/Non-selable goods
