This guide shows you how to reset your password, be it the first time you sign in or
when you forget your password.

Hover over the person icon on the top right then click SIGN IN.

Click FORGOT PASSWORD?

Enter your email address and click SEND.

This will generate a password reset email which you will receive in your mailbox.
Go to your mailbox and click the link in the body of the email or click RESET
PASSWORD in the bottom of the email.

Return to the website and click LOGIN.

Set a new password based on the required criteria detailed below and type it
again to confirm your new password

Click SAVE.

Sign in by using your email and new password and clicking LOGIN.
